Splash across my face
Pulling me out of sleep
Gently tugging my eyes open

Sounds of song birds
Invading my ears
Like a symphony of beautiful notes
Caressing my consciousness

Images of you
Enter my mind
The soothing vibrations of your voice
Calling my name

Smiles crease my mouth
At thoughts of you
Your movement through space
Like a humming bird in flight

Your aroma
Engulfs my mind
Breathing you into me
Making us one

A gentle snow falls
Covering the earth
