Volunteers Should Win Big

The 2012 Volunteer Football team makes its home debut today at 4 PM in Knoxville at Neyland Stadium against the  Georgia State Panthers. The Panthers are coached by former NFL great Bill Curry. He will become the first coach to have coached against the Vols for four different teams, Alabama, Georgia Tech, Kentucky and Georgia State. The 69 year old Curry has announced this will be his last year coaching.

Georgia State should be red meat for the home standing Volunteers, they are coming off a 33-6 beating at the hands of South Carolina State in their opening game, giving up 488 yards, 300 of which came through the air. Tyler Bray will have a field day against the toothless Panthers.

There should be plenty of cheap tickets being sold outside Neyland today with many fans choosing to listen to the voice of the Volunteers Bob Kesling on the radio. Look for the Vols to score and score often. Coach Dooley will be able to play many reserves in the second half.

Lets Go Vols
