The Mets are not dead! Did you hear what I said? The NYMets are not dead. After the Mets latest step toward getting their MoJo back in the City by the Bay, the boys from Flushing proved once again this is a long season and they are not ready to concede anything.
Yesterday was a laugher from first pitch as the Mets plated 4 before Chris Young had thrown one pitch. Young was masterful and the offense was in high gear with Ronnie Cedeno stepping up to the plate with a 3 hit 5 RBI day.
Look for the Mets to continue winning ways with Dickey, Hefner and Harvey pitching in San Diego. A rotation, any team would dream of having. Remember, In Dickey We Trust.
