The NY Mets and RA Dickey did not do many things well last night in a 6-1 loss to the surging Reds. Dickey's signature knuckle ball stayed flat and the Reds smacked him around all day. The Mets offense mustered a run late but were never in the game. The reality of a second tier team has sunk in and the Mets are playing out the season, and not doing it very well.
